回複：用DOS的J1豁免信讓新單位申請H1可以嗎？ 謝謝pjiang 等建議

經一個多月的折磨，終於收到美國務院的J1豁免信。 新問題是：可否用此信讓雇用的大學申請H1 visa?
-Yes, of course. You have finished your J1 waiver process and got the J1 waiver already.

還是必須等到用USCIS的豁免信才行？
-J1 waiver processing is not related to USCIS and thus, you will not get the J1 waiver 豁免信 from USCIS, but from DOS.

USCIS的信可能還得需要一個月（大家都知道他民的效率）。 Job offer本要求九月一號開始。 而且， 現在的J1將於十月初結束。過了十月份， 我將不能工作，無保險， big problem!!!

請指教。
