剛剛看到國內辦的出生公證上的出生地點是縣級市，我一歲多就去了該縣級市的地級市，所以自己就習慣了直接填地級市。
--Your 出生公證上的出生地點 should be the same as that in your passport.

我在國內申請B簽證時的表格、在美國境內注冊結婚時填的出生地點都是地級市，

現在出生公證上與這兩處不符，移民局會不會給我麻煩？
-If USCIS ask that, just explain the 地級市 covers the 縣級市, just like the province covers the county, e.g. you can say you are from Guangdong or from Gunagzhou.
