1. I got my EAD renewal (EB2 485 pending) and there is a notation :" siganiture waived". Why is that? Any problems?
2. My AP renewal is still pending. I plan to go back to China next week.
2.1 By reading previous post, I understand that if the AP is approved before my departure date, I can still mail it to China and use it to come back. Correct?
2.2 If my AP is not approved before my departure and I obtain a H1B stamp after I come back to China, will there be any problems for my 485 status? Will the AP still valid for my next trip?
