如果她以旅遊名義來美國, 我給她辦綠卡, 是否在手續遞上去她就可以合法待在美國?

-No. She can not file I-485 to stay in US with AOS until the priority date is current which normally takes about ten years.

 

請問這樣綠卡下來的是否會快些, 在等待其間她的簽證如果過期了,

要換什麽身份來合法呢?

-She has to change her status to H1, etc. before her current B1/B2 expires, no more B1/B2, or F1.
