我也是１２年前做的父母子女關係公證。
-You can use this "父母子女關係公證" plus your birth certificate for your parents GC application and you will be fine.


我８０年上大學時戶口從家裏遷出來了。現在的戶口本上沒有我的名字。以前的戶口本已經都收回去了，派出所也都搬家了。找不著以前的戶口本了。想我這樣的情況，該怎麽辦？
-Not need to do "父母子女關係公證" any more because you did it 12 years ago and it is still valid.
