回複：婚姻綠卡已遞交了，單位又要遞交PERM,有問題嗎？

婚姻綠卡的3張表-130，485，765都上去了，收到收據了；
雇主和請的律師也終於把材料準備齊了，要遞交perm。
是否該讓perm等一等呢？

倆者間有無矛盾？
-無矛盾. But you have already filed the GC application using family based category, why do you still ask your employer to waste the money and energy to file another application? If your marriage is true, you should have no probelm to get the GC within one year and it is not necessary to file another application.
