我是新西蘭公民，可以免簽入美國停留三個月,我姐為我申請綠卡，謝謝！
-Then, you can not file I-485 unless you use a visa to enter US, such as finding a job and then, get the H1 visa to enter US. Also, it normally takes about ten year for the priority date (PD) to be current for you to file I-485 in US and thus, it is difficult for you to keep your status in US unless you find ajob with H1 status.

You may just choose to apply for the immigration visa outside US (New Zealand) when th ePD is current instead of filing I-485 within US.
