Ask for Teacher 863211 and Pjiang for help!!!

Hi Teacher 863211 and Pjiang,

My niece is applying for high school in the US this fall, however, her F-1 visa has been rejected three times so far. Does anyone has similar experience how to handle the rejection from visa officer from the US embassy in China? Some friends wodner if the high school she is applying contact the Senator would help?

Your suggestion would be highly appreciated!
