Thank you very much for you information.
I still have some questions regarding how to prepare documents:
1. If I write a declaration that I intend to proceed to Canada without my huz and kid, do I still need his birth, police certificates, copy of passport (his and kid), work experience and transcripts (including degree, diploma). What's the basic documents I need from him?
2. How to prepare declaration? (I write and then certify, it that OK?)
3. If I want apply for my kid later, is that it will be difficult for 7 year-old child?
