Where to file my AP?

I mailed my AP application to Nebraska center(I live in Illinois) one year ago,it was approved. I want to reapply, According the link in this forum(Pijiang's blog), it seems I should file according I 485 receipt number (I-485 的收件號). My 485 is EB based and 485 receipt No. Started with
I would like to know should I file to the following address?
