Please advise if I have to renew H1B or not based on my situation -
I485 pending since July 2007
I-140 approved in 2007
H1B second term expire in one month
Priority date is approximately 5 months away from current May 8, 2010 cut-off date for September 2010 visa bulletin
Valid EAD thru June 2011
