會不會影響他們上大學的孩子申請到美國讀書（即有“移民傾向”嫌疑）？多謝。
-Not affect. Your I-130 is for the kid's mother, not the kid. So, it does not mean the kid has the immigration intent, but his/her mother (your sister) has only.
