回複：AP 未獲批即回國，請各位熱心人分析後果及補救措施

代問各位大俠；
朋友五月中旬遞交AP，八月中旬未獲批即回國。本擬收到後轉寄，現遲遲未收到。上網檢查狀態，依然處於 INITIAL REVIEW。請問是何原因？有何良策賜教？

朋友此前回國兩三次，有一次也是轉寄。（運氣好？）
-Even if he/she was lucky to admitted by the CBP officer, he/she may still have potential trouble that USCIS may deny his/her I-485 if USCIS find that he/she traveled before the AP was approved.

今年二月亦曾持AP往返。但AP已於六月左右過期。
朋友07年遞交身份調整申請，現在485-PENDING中，很憂心。
-He/she may not be allowed to enter US. Even if he/she is allowed to enter US, his/her I-485 still may be denied potentially. No way to fix it.

Your firend actually knows the ruel well, and I do not understand why he/she still violated the rule. If he/she is in emergency, he/she can apply for the emergency AP. It is really not withy to be risky.
