失去H1，雇主就會向移民局報告，這種情況下我需要做什麽？
-File I-539 fro change of status. During the I-539 pending, her status is pending (no specific status), but legal to stay. After the I-539 is approved, her status will be what she applied for (e.g. h4, TD).
