因為我們要搬家到另一個城市，所以她不得不辭了現在的工作。

在我的H1下來以前，因為我還有TN，她可以先轉成TD，找工作時再換TN。

但是我的H1下來以後，她辭工作以後，是什麽身份呢？我的理解是H4。對嗎？
-If you have filed the H1 petition, she can file I-539 for change of status from H1 to H4 even if your H1 is pending, not need to change to TD. Thus, her status will be H4.

Of course, she also can just go to the US-Canada border to get the TD I-94 and then, after your H1 approval, she may go to the US-Canada again to get the H4 I-94.

我的問題是，她以H4的身份，如果找不到可以sponsor H1的工作，可以直接找工作，然後申請TN嗎？
