我的offer letter和TN support letter寫的start date是2010/09/07。但我的TN簽發日期是2010/08/21。請問我在2010/09/07之前還能否用原來持有的H1B繼續為原公司（H1B sponsor）工作2周，
-You are fine to work for the old employer until the TN is effective.
因為我現在還沒有通知公司辭職。本來計劃再呆2周。

也就是說，是否TN生效那一刻起，H1B就失效？
-Yes.
或者說，TN生效是從海關issue那一刻開始，

還是從新公司第一天上班開始？
-Yes, the effective date of TN is indicated in your job offer letter.

有沒有官方文件可以referred給原雇主（H1B sponsor）？
-No. Your change of status from H1 to TN is irrelevant to your h1 sponsor.

昨天我在海關時，officer很seriously問我，你是否已經結束現在的工作，我當時隻能說yes；然後他說，要是我現在打電話給你的公司，他們會說you are done with the company，我隻好說OK。因此有此擔心。。。
