"the status of this service request is: Recently, you called us to update your address. We have updated your address in our systems and on your application or petition..."這是不是說，他們已經該了您提到的the case communication address? 如果是的話，我需要和他們再聯係，詢問為什麽網上信息沒有更新嗎？謝謝！
