hello, i sent you a message coz for some reason it let me post my chinese text.
anyway, they can choose to quit the party. there is a office in Los Angeles will assist them to quit it and give them a party. if they dont mind to quit it. its located at San Gabriel, CA. I bet you can give them a call and see if they can do it remotely if you do not live in LA.
I just dont know their phone#. but when i get back home, i will watch TV, since they have commercial on TV. and get their number for you to call.
you can also write a letter to INS explain their situation. ie. they are not those faithful communist. blah blah.
