回複：正在幫父母申請綠卡,請問誰是APPLICANT,誰是PETITIONER?

我覺得我是PETITIONER,我父母是APPLICANT.對嗎?謝了.
-For I-130, you are the petitioner, your father or mother is the beneficial, no "applicant" when you file I-130. For I-485, your father or mother is the applicant, no " petitioner/beneficial" when they file I-485.
