485麵試歸來，震驚！

上次寫了下麵這個貼子，這次去麵試的時候覺得比較有把握不會因為這個案子被拒，想不到節外生枝我自己反而有了問題

移民官對這個案子根本不感興趣，要了我老公的公司信，還有我們的學曆證明，小孩的出生證，最後。。。提出了一個大問題。

2007年我們遞交了485申請之後，一直都更新EAD和AP,我的H1B在2008年到期之後我一直用有效的EAD工作，今天麵試的時候，移民官居然說除了EAD之外必須要有一個有效的簽證，所以我在H1B失效的時候應該立刻轉成我老公的H4，然後才能合法在美國生活和工作。

至於我老公，還好他一直有H1B，當中有過renew三年，不然的話也是out of status。

這對我來說是一個shock，我一直以為有了pending 485 AOS身份， 拿了EAD，就可以合法呆在美國及工作，原來不是這樣？！
