我太太是在我的I-485 pending以後簽H4簽證來美國的.
後來我丟工作後,她的H4簽證沒法延期,也就沒延期.到現在已經有一年了.

等我的排期到了,她可以跟進嗎?

如果她不能跟進,有沒有其它辦法?
