公司要除名，緊急EAD renewal問題

EAD expires 8/25/2010

1. 未到90天，可以申請infopass嗎？網上就可以schedule，但是去了會被turn down嗎？Received date, 5/28(82 days as of today), notice date 6/5 ( 74 days as of today)

2. 上星期打了電話要求expediate service，工作人員說2-5天會有消息。今天第５天。沒有任何消息，沒有 expediate service的request receipt, email。是自動被turn down了嗎？turn down會有notice出來嗎？

公司的美國律師說到過期還沒消息隻能把我從paypal上除名。還有其他什麽辦法嗎？用PTO，unpaid leave他們都不肯。說法律規定是沒卡其間不能成為任何公司的雇員，不拿錢也不行。
