Receipt notice of I-485

Hi everyone,
Does anybody know that how long we can get the receipt notice from USCIS.
My I-485 package was sent to Dallas lock box on Aug 6, they should get it on Aug 9, but so far, I have not gotten the receipt notice yet.
Does the Dalla center reditribute some of the I-485 packages to other USCIS local office when they got many cases.If so, it will take more time to get the receipt notice, right?
