我是綠卡，老婆是f1在讀， 年底畢業。最近看見fb-2a排期前進很快，在想是不是為她file i-130。很多人說fb-2a對她有negative 的影響，不知道除了她一直要保持合法身份外，是否還有別的影響。另外還有以下幾個問題，希望你能在百忙之中給予解答。在此先謝過了！
（1）有一個pending 的i-130 對她辦opt和h1b有沒有影響？
-Not affect her current F1 status, but hse can not extend the F1 status. Not affect her h1 application, possibly it may affect OPT application (not big possibility if the school deos not care).

（2）uscis 網站上的i-130 processing time 看起來都比較長。uscis一般什麽時候開始處理i-130，是在收件以後立刻處理，還是等到排期到了以後才開始？
-Depends on the prority date (PD). if the PD will be current soon, the I-130 will also be approved soon, vice versa.

（3）排期到了以後是不是可以立刻遞交485，ead 和 ap,
-Correct.
還是要等到i-130批準以後才可以？
-Not need.

最後，大體上來說，你認為走fb-2a這條路現在是不是一個好的選擇？
-Yes, I encourage you to do that.

排期是不是還能一直保持現在的速度向前推進？
-hard to say, but it seems good for a while.

走fb-2a還有什麽要注意的地方，因為我準備diy。
