收到SR的回複，說是指紋過期了，有人碰到這種情況嗎？

我的綠卡本月初批了，並且已經收到卡。

老婆和我一起申請的485 （我為主申請人）.今天老婆收到Service Request的回複：
USCIS Sevice center records show that your fingerprint results have expired or a clearance has never been received. Fingerprints must be taken at the Application Support Center (ASC)in your area. When an appointment becomes available, you will be notified by mail when or where to report.

PD: 12/05/2005
Fingerprint 1st：08/30/2007
Fingerprint 2nd：10/30/2008

請問有人碰到這種情況嗎？是不是隻能坐等打指紋的通知了？
