第一次給父母延期.
寫了一張支票$600, 注明是parents I-593費,今天收到據單,說check amount不對.我查了uscis,是$300一個人啊,是不是必須寫2張支票,每張$300啊?大大給個答案啊,急!
-You made a mistake. Your parents only need to file one I-539 for both their B2 extension because they are the members of the same family and extend their B2 together at the same time. Of course, they only need to pay one I-539 filing fee of $300.
