假如我們不得不file out I-539 form,我想知道e-file和填在紙上的FORM差別大不大,迄今我隻知道它們可能要去往不同的處理地點.
-No difference. Even if you efile, you still need to send the support documents to the address indicated on your efiled verification receipt immediately after efile. Print out the efiled verification receipt and enclose it with the support documents (put on the top).

如果填在紙,則相關的文件要寄往與我的I-797上標明的同一個處理中心,

而e-file則未必相同.
-Not the address as the paper file.

如何交費呢,
-When you efile, you need to pay the fee online during the efile using credit card or debit card, otherwise, you can not process the efile.

是否是將個人支票放入同一個信封即可?

如果e-filing,相關文件又如何提交呢?
-Send it to the address indicated on the efile verfication receipt.

還有就是,用我的H1 renew 的 receipt number,她們的H4 延期最長可以是多久呢?
