我的老婆孩子終於持H4來到美國.

現在出現了另外一個問題:
由於我當前的I-797上的截止日期是今年9月30日（我是2007年12月7日持H1來美工作的並始終沒有離開美國.我的H1的第二個3年的延期申請還在處理當中.）,因此,本月14日她們入境時,I-94卡上的截止日期是9月2日.

請問,是否有便捷的方法延長她們在美國的合法居留期限（使她們在9月2日後還可以合法的與我在一起）?如果有,我們應該如何去做?
-Your wife and kid need to file I-539 for their H4 extension before their current H4 status/I-94 expires. If your H1 extension is still pending, reference the file number in their H4 extension application and enclose your H1 extension receipt. Please note that your wife and kid only need to file one I-539 for both their H4 extension and only need to pay one I-539 filing fee.
