秋天想回國2-3周。H1B 延期遞上去沒批之前回去的話，我用AP 回來會不會對H1B申請有影響？
-USCIS only said that if you have a valid H1 status and you use AP to travel outside US and come back, you can work for your employer without using EAD and reinstate your H1 anytime by extending/transferring the H1. So, when you H1 extension application is pending, you are considerred having no H1 status, thus if you use AP to come back, you may have to work by using EAD.
