回複：八大師，皮大師有請 - h1b holder 必須持一份申請文件嗎？

公司最近幫延了三年h1b，可沒像上次那樣，給我一套h1b申請文件，請問八大師，皮大師，是否有法律規定，h1b holder 必須持一份申請文件 （I-129 etc）。
-There is specific law about that, but it is reasonable for you to ask your employer to give you a copy of that. If they do not give it to you, that is OK and nothing you can do.

如沒有，有啥負麵影響嗎？
-No any nagative effect, but if you travel outside US, you have to ask the employer (HR) to give you the copy of the H1 approval notice and the copy of the h1 申請文件 （I-129 etc）for your H1 visa application.
