1， 為什麽排期已到， visa名額已夠，I-485 還得不到批準， 是什麽繼續阻礙了這一進程？

2， 為什麽I-485 的批準不是按 PD 順序來的， 究竟是以什麽為標準來批的？

3, How can we resolve these problems, how can let the people following the rule?
