My hu*****and and had 485 interview last Nov（before 485 based on my eb2）, and tomorrow we will have the second interview with same officer last time. Recenlty my hu*****and applied Eb1 and it has been approved.

1. Yesterday we received the email from TSC say "Your files （including the recently approved EB1 I-140） are located at the Tampa office. Please contact that office with any questions or requests. I have informed the officer with your case of the visa availability. "

Does this mean Eb1 has already been linked to pending 485s?
-It is possible. Bring the EB1 I-140 approval notice with you and ask the IO to check your case status for you during the interview..

Do you think it is enough we provide NOTICE OF ALLEGED VIOLATION and receipt for fine of $300?
-Yes. But you had better provide a letter/statement to explain this case in more details to the IO.
