各位前輩，看了帖子後還是有點不確定，所以還是想問問

我老婆綠卡非公民，我在美國F1 我是先交I－130然後等排期到了再交485的，

1.想問問收到Priority Date意思是我130已經審查通過了麽
-It is irrelevant to I-130 approval or not.

2.還是Priority Date隻是他們在建檔，
-When your spouse file I-130 for you, the date that USCIS receive the I-130 is your priority date (PD). When the PD becomes current, you can file I-485.


如果不通過的話，前一個Priority Date就不算麽？
-If I-130 is denied, the PD is useless.

3.總的來說，就是。。。 從他們收到我的130到通過審查大概多少天呢？
-Case by case.
