我其實主要就想問---

如果H1B老公自己用私人時間發表research paper, 要拿稿費，是不是非要申請EAD卡，才能從research機構領稿費，這樣算不算使用了EAD卡呢，會影響H1B的身份嗎？
-If your spouse does not provide his SSN to the research機構領稿費, he will be fine to take the 稿費.
