Based on your statement, it is not shown that 公司要解聘我 but rather than 馬上回美國.

我在國內工作幾個月了,現在懷孕準備生了孩子再回美國.公司給我兩個選擇,要麽馬上回美國,要麽辭職.

因為公司規定我必須人在美國才算合法的工作.
