I just want to doulbe check that the 485 filed in 2007 NBC, (485 pending, EB2, 140 approved), You meant that he is not going to file at the same address which he filed before in 2007.
And he needs to the following address as from your link:
Express address for Ohio, (I am sending carrier package). Is that correct?
