How to check the status of FP

The processing time for employment-based I-485 at VSC is Nov. 12, 2002 now. My I-485 was filed on Oct. 4, 2002, and my second fingerprint was done on Aug. 20, 2004. When I check the on-line status of mine, the second fingerprint information did not show-up. Is there any way to inquery the status or location of the finger print and I-485?
