pjiang.Help! EAD apply GC. How big can it be a problem?

I applied GC in 2004 under EB3.485 pending now. Got master degree last year and used EAD in Feb 2010 working in a new company until now.7 years of H-1B status before. New company will help to apply GC but I have heard that there might be some problem during the application because I didn't apply OPT and H-1B.I may need to go out side of US to reapply H1B.
My question:
1, I was under H1B 7 years before.Isn't possible to get another H1B? I don't think I can.
2, What is the trick of Relink? Will that solve the problem?
3, how many good luck will I have?
4, will our starting now give some benefit since it is with in 180days of out of H1B status?
5,In the case of worse to worse, what the best option of me to have now?
