公民入籍資格有一條：“I have resided in the district or state in which i am applying for citizenship for the last three months".這是指在所申請州住滿三個月，

還是指最近三個月你都在所在州住呢？我的情況是已在所在州住滿三個月，但是最近五個月我在中國住，不久前才回來，想馬上遞交公民申請，不知符不符合條件。
