I tried the link for probelm with your case (I remember it is 9) and got connected with an officer, not representative. He told me if I think the representative cannot help me, I can request the representative who answered the phone transfer you to level 2 officer. Since my EAD was approved by this officer, I didn't try. Maybe you can try to ask to talk with a level 2 officer, if you think the 2 and 4 representative cannot give you answer. When I talked with the officer, he said he put a note reminding the center that it is approaching the 90 day limit.
