狀況：
5月申請的LCA, 6月遞的H1B延期，迄今仍無消息。
公司最近要搬到20英裏以外的新地點， 地屬另一州郡。工作內容名稱均無變化。

1. 申請附件：除新LCA外，其餘附屬材料是否仍需要？譬如，工資單，護照，申請信等。

3. I-129表中H1-B有效時間是不是應該與新LCA相同（如下）， 而不是上一份表所填的時間？

4. LCA申請時間： ICERT係統中LCA起始時間隻能晚於填表日後。也就是說， 如果原H1-B有效時間為 08/10/2010 - 08/09/2013， 公司於08/15/2010搬家， 我於08/25/2010收到H1-B批準， 那麽我在08/26/2010申請LCA時起止時間應該為08/27/2010-08/09/2013， 起始時間為次日，終止時間與以前相同。請問這樣理解對不對？
