Thanks for your response! I am thinking to call on 8/9/2010, it's Monday. It would be more closer to 90 days from the RD 5/12/2010. However, the attorny of company said 5/22/2010 (website RD should be counted). My case is handled by NSC. The 1st time reneal only took us about 1 month to receive the renewal EAD. This time we are so unlucky.
