Anybody get EAD card from TSC?

My EAD RD is July 1 officially,actually they received at June 22, 2010. The online status is still Inital Review. First time call and was told that there should be processed within 75 days. Second call didn't get through. Feel very upset.
All documents are properly included.
Any suggestion?
