是的，我是從廣州簽證過來的，入境時用的是V92簽證，我也不知道是不是移民簽證。那我所能得到的綠卡是永久性的嗎？還有那個I-94上有ASYLUM STATUS GRNTED URSUANT TO SECTION 208 OF THE INA VALID,那我是不是移民的啊？
-You have not got the green card yet. V92 visa is for the dependent (spouse/child with less than 21) of an asylee. So, your status is asylee, not lawful permenant resident. Now, what you need tod do is: if your father or mother who sponsored your V92 visa has got the green card, you just need to file your I-485 now to get your green card (it may take 6 months to one year); but if your father or mother has not got the green card yet, you can file I-485 together with him or her when he/she is qualified for filing the I-485.

But you have the benefit to go to school like a green card holder (not as international student).
