I worked with H1B in US before. But I left US 10 yrs ago.
Now I want to go to US to work with H1B again, do I need a new H1B? Would it be H1B tranfer?
-Two choices: 1. You can get a new H1 quote to have total 6 year H1 duration again. This is the best choice for you now because there are a lot of H1 quota still available in Year 2011. 2. You can use the left previous H1 time without getting a new H1 quote. For example, you were in h1 10 years ago for two years, and then you left US, and now you can still use the left 4 year H1.
