paid time off (PTO). ---your vacation day, sick day.


You can ask

PTO----go vacation ;you are not woking but pay that is allowed.

Non-pay leave but still working if your Company agree, pay you later using Bounce, extra time working etc....

Non-pay leave until EAD approved, and ask Company use PTO cover to pay.

Maybe there are more idea, XDJM can add more.
