回複：問什麽母親的130批準後又被重新review？

母親的130一個月前批了，收到了批準的信。可剛又接到USCIS的信，說case被Department of State退回了，要按Department of State的要求重新處理，信裏沒說退回的原因。
-After USCIS approved the I-130, they sent it to the National Visa Center (NVC) of the Dept of State. Thne, NVC will contact you and send you the instructions. Something may be wrong in the I-130 and NVC sent it back to USCIS. Are you sure you selected the Consular Processing in the I-130 so that you mother can get the immigratuion visa in China? I suggest you to contact USCIS by calling or visiting the local office to see what happened. Normally USCIS will not deny the approved I-130, and they may just fix it and send it back to NVC again.

有沒有人有這方麵的經驗，一般是什麽原因批準的case會被Department of State退回？這個重新處理會多長時間？有什麽辦法知道退回的原因？有什麽辦法加速這個處理過程？

母親的基本情況：
7年前來過美國一次，待了一年，有延期證明，按時回國。但後來連著三次visa申請都被拒了，主要原因是孩子都在美國，老太太就再也不去申請visa了。這次好說歹說同意辦綠卡再來美國玩一段時間。
