7/22 service request said need biomatrix; called officer (not representative), he said I don't need to do biomatrix
7/28 call uscis, place another service request, being told will get news within 15 days
8/2: received response of second service request from email that my EAD renewal was approved on 7/30; online status was still initial review

經驗：跟USCIS打電話時，不要選“3”，客服中心隻會讓你重複無用的yesno問題；我後來是選“4”或“9”，這兩個選項的工作人員比較好說話，會幫你轉到第二級的officer那裏。我的感覺是我7/28日跟第二級的officer的電話起了作用，兩天後就批了。這一級的官員更有耐心聽你解釋你失去EAD後的種種困難。還沒得到renew 的朋友們加油，多跟USCIS 打電話，堅持就是勝利！
