回複：求助：小孩AOS了還有沒有必要renew H4?

我們全家回過中國,已是AOS, 但我一直用H1工作。現我的H1要到期了。 我想問：
1. 我小孩有必要再交錢續他的H4嗎？
-Not need.

2. 如果不續，他能隨時又轉回H4嗎？（當然前提是我還有有效的H1）
-Just go out of US anytime to get the H4 visa to come back and he will be H4 holder again.

（問題#2隻是怕485被拒後小孩的AOS失效從而沒了身份）
-Even if he is out of status >> 180 days, it will not affect his GC application in the future as long as he is less than 18 years old when he re-files the I-485.
