請教：140填表問題-Part 7 & Part 4

我的情況是：我現在準備遞EB1a的140，我及家人已經遞了EB2的I-485 (07年）， 所以我們這次不再遞I-485了。
我的問題是：
1。Part 7, 關於Spouse and Children的選項(a) "Applying for Adjustment of Status"應該選“yes"是嗎？（我想即使現在不遞，假如140批了，可能會relink 485的）；(b) "Applying for a Visa Abroad"應該選“No"是嗎？（因為我們現在都在美國）。
2。 Part 4, question 6 "Has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?" 這裏的"immigrant visa petition"是指我已經遞上的I-485嗎？所以應該選"Yes-Attach an explanation"並附上I-485的收據（如果是，140 approval notice也要附上嗎？)，對嗎？
